He drives the wrong way on a road in Vizcaya without realizing it, and thousands of people are clutching their heads: "Do they give away driving licenses?"

This Instagram account recently shared a video showing a vehicle traveling on a road between Amorebieta and Etxano, in Vizcaya. The images were captured from inside a car traveling in the right lane of a road, swerving at the next exit.

At the beginning of the video, everything seems fine. The car from which the scene is being filmed is driving toward the exit and has two more vehicles ahead of it. However, just as the exit is no longer allowed, the first car can be seen in the distance exiting the road and joining the adjacent one, which is going the wrong way.

After several flashes of light from the car from which the images were captured, the moment the van driver realizes he's traveling the wrong way can be seen in the video, stopping in the middle of the road. This is when the video, which has caused a stir on social media, ends. "Do they give away driver's licenses?" asks one user, stunned by the scene.
