WSSP Donington Superpole: Manzi on pole, Can Öncü in second

Manzi, competing for the Pata Yamaha Ten Kate Racing team, took the top spot with a time of 1:29.450, while our representative Can Öncü was right behind with a time of 1:29.551.
Javier Masia was the first to cross the line. Riding a Ducati, the Spaniard came close to the lead with a time of 1:29.593, but finished the session in third place. Mattia Casadei followed 0.028 seconds behind in fourth place, while Lucas Mahias rounded out the top five.
Valentin Debise finished sixth, followed by home-grown driver Tom Booth-Amos in seventh. He was followed by Philipp Öttl by just 0.004 seconds. Roberto Garcia finished ninth in 1:29.878, and Bo Bendsneyder rounded out the top 10.
The first race at Donington Park will take place tomorrow at 3.35pm.
