Aprilia's top management has hinted that Jorge Martin is keen to stay with the team

These comments from Aprilia come just after Jorge Martin returned to the track on his Aprilia MotoGP bike at Misano after a long-term injury and is preparing to head to Brno with the hope of qualifying for next week’s Czech Grand Prix.
Speaking to DAZN at the Sachsenring on Friday, Aprilia team manager Paolo Bonora said: "We saw Jorge as an Aprilia rider from the very beginning and worked that way."
"We feel very positive about this. I was like that before, and I am even more so now."
"The test was very positive, it was enjoyable. Both Jorge and Aprilia Racing were very satisfied."
At a subsequent press conference, Aprilia CEO Massimo Rivola did not deny the rumours, suggesting that Martin's desire to leave the team may now be a thing of the past.

The rest of Rivola's statement on Martin was essentially that 'our position has not changed.'
However, this could also be interpreted as the Noale-based manufacturer emerging victorious from the dispute and resolving the situation in its favor.
"Our position has been the same from the very beginning. We have not taken even the slightest step in this regard."
"So from our perspective there is nothing new because we think the future is already clear."
“We are very focused on this and we are looking forward to seeing Jorge back on track.”
"I have to say, at Misano, Jorge was ready to go out on track once again. But I said, 'I think that's enough.' So I'm very positive."
