The Leapmotor B10 began arriving in Europe this week. It's a fully electric C-segment SUV designed in China, available in select markets with a listed price of €29,900.

Motorization and batteries

The car is based on the new LEAP3.5 architecture, featuring a 218 hp and 240 Nm electric motor that accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in eight seconds. Top speed is 170 km/h.

In terms of battery, there are two options to choose from. One has a 56.2 kWh capacity, resulting in a range of up to 361 km (220 miles) in the WLTP cycle . The other has a 67.1 kWh capacity, with a range of up to 434 km ( 274 miles). Fast charging is available on both, allowing you to replenish your battery from 30 to 80 percent in 20 minutes.

Design

From the outside, the Leapmotor B10 reveals dynamic styling and a bold, modern appearance. In terms of dimensions, it measures 4,515 meters long, 1,885 meters wide, and 1,655 meters high, while the wheelbase reaches 2,735 meters.

The Life variant is the entry-level model in the range, featuring a panoramic roof and power sunshade, 18-inch alloy wheels, a 360-degree parking camera, and all driver assistance features. The Design version includes ECO leather seats, ambient lighting, heated and ventilated front seats with electronic adjustment, and other distinguishing features.

The interior is spacious and bright, adapting to different needs. Leapmotor promises "one of the most spacious passenger spaces in the segment." A 14.6-inch touchscreen sits in the center of the car's dashboard, revealing 22 smart storage spaces. Also noteworthy is the availability of Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, via over-the-air updates starting in December.

The operating system is LEAP OS 4.0 Plus, which forms the basis for the customizable interface and immersive 3D cockpit. There are a total of 17 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) features and a 360-degree camera system.
