The Cascais-born driver, who started from 17th position, finished the London race 16.425 seconds behind the winner, New Zealander Nick Cassidy (Jaguar), who beat Dutchman Nyck de Vries (Mahindra) by 1.578 seconds, with German Pascal Wherlein (Porsche) in third, after achieving the fastest lap of the race.
Félix da Costa, who admitted to a "bad atmosphere within the team" after an incident with Wherlein in the previous round, ended up not scoring.
But the German's third place allowed Porsche to move closer to winning the constructors' and teams' titles.
In the constructors' championship, the German brand has a 37-point lead over Nissan and a 29-point lead in the teams' championship.
On Sunday, the final round of the 11th edition of the Formula E World Championship, which Félix da Costa won in 2019/20, will take place.
