DS Nº4 world presentation will be in Portugal

The Greater Porto and Douro region will host the dynamic presentation of the new DS Nº4 —a new compact sedan from the French brand, the first multi-energy model in the segment. More than 250 journalists from 15 countries are expected between September 29th and October 8th .

Even before its unveiling, the model is already available to order. It will be available with hybrid, plug-in hybrid, and all-electric E-Tense powertrain options—a first in the premium C-segment, with 450 km of range in the WLTP cycle and 213 hp. This latter variant is based on technology derived from DS Automobiles' experience in Formula E.

The hatchback measures 4.40 meters long, 1.87 meters wide, and 1.47 meters high, and features a new lighting signature inspired by the DS E-Tense Performance concept car and the Nº8. In the center is the illuminated DS logo.

In terms of technology, the DS Nº4 comes with semi-automatic lane changing and overtaking, speed recommendation based on road signs, DS Drive Assist 2.0 and DS Drive Attention Monitoring which monitors driver attention and fatigue levels.

The car, a Level 2 semi-autonomous driving model, features a DS Extended Head-Up Display and a new 10.25-inch instrument cluster. The infotainment system incorporates ChatGPT. Lighting is provided by DS Matrix LED Vision headlights.

Inside, there are two trim levels. Pallas offers high-density fabric and TEP upholstery, and the instrument panel features black basalt finishes with a scalloped effect and Belem Bronze inserts, as do the door panels. The Étoile option includes Alcantara or Nappa leather interiors.

The Comfort package (not available on the E-Tense) and the Tech package provide the car with additional features of its own, and there is also the Jules Verne collection with a series of functional and cosmetic details inspired by Jules Verne's 'Around the World in Eighty Days'.
