Stellantis launches Philantrophy social initiative to support communities

This involves promoting educational and career guidance programs focused on reducing school dropout rates, encouraging corporate volunteering through active employee participation (such as the "Stellantis Motor Citizens") , recognizing academic excellence, and fostering young talent through the "Stellantis Student Awards."
This initiative began in Italy and is planned to expand internationally, covering all regions where Stellantis operates.
The venue chosen for the presentation was the Stellantis Heritage Hub in Turin, where the company unveiled the "Future Days" project, the first implementation of the program, developed in collaboration with Next Level, a third-sector organization specializing in youth education and training.
Through Next Level in Italy alone, it is expected to engage 10,000 students, 350 teachers, and more than 8,000 families across six Italian regions by 2027. The protagonists of this first meeting in Turin were 700 students from seven schools who participated in a dynamic "Business Speed Dating" format with more than 30 professionals from the business, sports, media, and creative sectors.
The event also featured the participation of the children of Stellantis employees who were awarded the Stellantis Student Award 2025 , the company's global continuous learning program, which has been in operation for more than 30 years.
Xavier Chereau, Stellantis Chief Human Resources and Sustainability Officer, said: “ Stellantis Philanthropy is a reflection of who we are and what we believe in. By bringing together our Philanthropy, Motor Citizens, and Student Awards initiatives under a shared identity, we reaffirm our deep commitment to valuing people and supporting education and social progress across all regions. It’s about acting with purpose, staying humble, and truly making a difference—together .”
