The MotoGP Argentina Grand Prix will have a new venue: from 2027 it will be held in Buenos Aires.

From 2027, the Argentine Grand Prix will have a new home: from the city of Termas de Rio Hondo, which has hosted MotoGP for the last decade, it will move to Buenos Aires. The Autodromo Oscar y Juan Galvez will be completely renovated, with an updated track layout that hosted MotoGP in the 1960s, 1980s, and 1990s. Building on record attendance in Argentina at recent events, the world championship is now preparing to race near the capital. Carmelo Ezpeleta, CEO of Dorna Sports, said: "This is fantastic news for MotoGP, and for fans in Argentina and Latin America. This great event brings us closer to the heart of Buenos Aires, an emblematic venue not only for the country and the continent, but also globally."
