Hlpy strengthens its position in France through agreement with Volkswagen

The Italian Hlpy, born in 2020 for digitizing roadside assistance, has been chosen by Volkswagen Group France to provide assistance services road and after-sales vehicle in France where the main Car manufacturer in Europe registers over 270,000 vehicles per year. The agreement will be operational from November 2025 and will have a impact on hlpy's 2026 turnover estimated at 30 million euro. The company estimates that it will reach a market share of 500,000 assistance interventions in Europe and with this agreement France will become the first European market for hlpy of the group after Italy. hlpy is controlled by the managers founders Valerio Chiaronzi, Graziano Cavallo, Stefano Sarti and Enrico Noseda and, since its foundation, has raised over 25 million of euros and relies on institutional investors such as Nextalia SGR and Alkemia Capital SGR; CDP Venture Capital SGR (Cassa Depositi e Loans) and The Techshop SGR. Through its digital platform based on artificial intelligence and machine learning, hlpy offers a integrated ecosystem that includes roadside assistance, repair, maintenance and travel continuity services.
