Car fire in a police station

An arson attack destroyed 15 cars inside a police station. The incident occurred in Albano Laziale in the province of Rome in the early hours of February 24 at around 3:30 am. The cars that were consumed by the flames were service cars that were in the parking lot of the police station. According to initial findings from the images from the video surveillance cameras, a person was seen setting the fire. The Velletri prosecutor's office, which is investigating the incident, has delegated the Digos of the Rome police headquarters to investigate. Two police officers were injured with a five-day prognosis. A few days ago, the Carabinieri had to intervene in the area, at the Castel Gandolfo barracks, to put out a fire to service cars started by a hooded man who had climbed over the perimeter wall.
