All Stellantis 2025 Managers Reporting to CEO Filosa

At the heart of the new organization, pending ratification on July 18, 2025, is Antonio Filosa, appointed CEO of the group and already leading the North America area and the American brands. A renewed Stellantis Leadership Team is structured around him, with managers who come from global experience in the automotive, tech, finance and industrial sectors. The objective is clear: to strengthen positioning in the main markets, accelerate technological innovation and consolidate the multi-brand strategy in the name of electrification and sustainability.

CEO: Antonio Filosa

Antonio Filosa is Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Stellantis, a position subject to ratification by shareholders at the Extraordinary Meeting of July 18, 2025. He is also responsible for the North America area and the American brands.

Throughout his career, he has led Stellantis in both North and South America, as well as serving as Head of Global Quality and CEO of the Jeep® brand.

Filosa has a solid experience in purchasing and manufacturing operations, as well as in overall business management and strategy definition.

He joined the Fiat Group in 1999, where he held positions of increasing responsibility, including director of the Betim plant (Brazil) and head of Purchasing for the Latin America region.

He also served as Head of Argentina and Head of the Alfa Romeo and Maserati brands for the Latin American region, positions he assumed in 2016 and 2018, respectively.

In March 2018, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer for FCA’s Latin America region, joining FCA’s Group Executive Council.

Filosa holds a degree in engineering from the Politecnico di Milano and an Executive MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral in Brazil.

CFO: Doug Ostermann (adds M&A and JV responsibilities)

Doug Ostermann is Chief Financial Officer of Stellantis, with responsibility for mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures. He is a member of the Stellantis Leadership Team.

He previously served as Chief Financial Officer and Head of Strategy for China, until his appointment as Chief Operating Officer of Stellantis China in November 2023.

Doug joined Fiat Chrysler Automobiles in 2016 as Group Treasurer, later leading global business development before transitioning to his current position. Prior to joining FCA, he held numerous roles at Archer Daniels Midland Company, including Group Treasurer and Corporate Officer from 2004 to 2016.

He began his career at General Motors in the product planning team, and held various positions in marketing, advertising, brand management and territory sales in the United States, and later at Opel in Germany. Upon returning to the United States, he worked at General Motors' New York Treasurer's Office until early 2004.

Doug earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, USA.

Wider Europe and European Brands + Maserati: Jean-Philippe Imparato

Jean-Philippe Imparato is responsible for Enlarged Europe and European brands at Stellantis. He is part of the Stellantis Leadership Team.

He previously served as CEO of Stellantis Pro One and the Alfa Romeo brand.

He has built a thirty-year career within Groupe PSA, focusing mainly on sales, quality and retail activities. After a humanistic education followed by studies in business school (GEM, 1988), he spent the first decade of his career working alternately for Peugeot and Citroën, in field sales management activities in France.

At the beginning of 1998, he took over responsibility for the Mercosur area for Citroën, before joining the central corporate team in charge of International Organisation and Audit missions for Groupe PSA in 2000.

In 2003, he was appointed Vice President with responsibility for Quality in the PSA-DFM joint venture with DPCA in Wuhan, China. In 2006, he became Director of Supplier Quality in the Global Purchasing Department of Groupe PSA.

In 2007, he was appointed Senior Vice President and Head of Citroën’s national sales subsidiary in Italy. In early 2010, he took over the leadership of Peugeot’s International Operations, before becoming Director of Sales and Marketing in Europe in 2012 and, in September 2013, Director of Groupe PSA’s owned retail network.

In September 2016, he was appointed Executive Vice President and CEO of the Peugeot brand.

South America + Stellantis Pro One: Emanuele Cappellano

Emanuele Cappellano is responsible for South America and Stellantis Pro One, the Group's business unit dedicated to commercial vehicles. He is part of the Stellantis Leadership Team.

Before rejoining Stellantis in November 2023 to lead the South America region, he served for two years as CEO for North America and Director of Group Strategy and Corporate Development at Marcolin, a global leader in the eyewear sector.

Until September 2021, Emanuele served as Chief Financial Officer and Head of Financial Services for Stellantis South America. He was actively involved in the merger between Fiat and Chrysler in Europe – working in the commercial area of ​​the EMEA region – as well as the merger between FCA and Groupe PSA that led to the creation of Stellantis.

During his career at FCA, he has held positions as a member of the Board of Directors, Chairman and Advisor, as well as senior finance roles in areas such as Commercial, Product, Investment, Industrial and Operations. He joined FCA in 2002 and began working in South America in 2014.

Emanuele graduated in Business Economics with a specialization in finance from the University of Venice and obtained a master's degree in accounting management and corporate finance from the University of Turin.

Rest of the world + Financial services: Philippe de Rovira

Philippe de Rovira is responsible for Rest of World (Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa) in addition to Financial Services and Free2move. He is also a member of the Stellantis Leadership Team.

He joined Groupe PSA in 1998 and held numerous Finance and Business positions until 2017.

In 2018, he was appointed PSA Group Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Global Executive Committee. He was also in charge of the Used Cars Business Unit.

In 2021, he became Stellantis Chief Affiliates Officer and member of the Top Executive Team, in charge of Parts & Services, Financial Services, Pre-Owned vehicles, Circular Economy and Owned Retail.

Philippe de Rovira is a graduate of the ESSEC Business School.

Product Planning: Davide Mele

Davide Mele is responsible for Product Planning and is part of the Stellantis Leadership Team.

Prior to June 2025, he served as Head of Programs & Product Planning. In 2022, he was appointed Global Head of Parts & Services, after serving as Deputy COO for the Enlarged Europe region since the inception of Stellantis in January 2021.

He joined Fiat Group in 2001 as a Senior Auditor and held various positions of increasing responsibility in Europe, North America and Latin America, including: Head of Platform Finance and Investments (CapEx) for the Group and North America, Head of Financial Planning and Analysis, Chief Financial Officer and Head of Business Development for LATAM, and later Deputy COO for Latin America, also leading the launch of the Jeep brand in the region.

In 2018, he was appointed Deputy COO for FCA's EMEA region, with a specific focus on brands, the challenge of electrification and business development, in view of the merger between FCA and Groupe PSA.

Davide Mele graduated in Management Engineering and Industrial Management at the Polytechnic University of Turin.

Product Development & Technology: Ned Curic

Ned Curic is responsible for Product Development and Technology and is a member of the Stellantis Leadership Team.

Since June 2017, he has served as Vice President of Alexa Automotive at Amazon, leading the Seattle giant’s automotive initiatives.

Curic began his career in 1996 in Systems Engineering at Northrop Grumman, an American multinational aerospace and defense company.

After a brief experience in the financial sector, in 2000 he joined Microsoft, where he held various roles in the Consulting, Product, Security and Advisory sectors.

He entered the automotive world in 2013, when he was appointed Group Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Toyota Motor North America. In 2015, he was co-founder, Executive Vice President, Chief Technical Officer and member of the board of directors of Toyota Connected.

Curic studied Computer Science and Information Science and earned a Master of Business Administration from the George L. Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University in 2012.

Quality: Sébastien Jacquet

Sébastien Jacquet is responsible for Quality and is part of the Stellantis Leadership Team.

Jacquet is an experienced automotive engineering professional with over twenty years of experience within Groupe PSA and Stellantis. His career has been marked by significant contributions to Groupe PSA's international expansion, particularly in China, where he worked for eight years in two automotive joint ventures.

His expertise covers automotive engineering, project management and leadership in global contexts. He has held several key roles, including Deputy to the Chief Engineering and Technology Officer for the Cross Car Line & Project Engineering activities at Stellantis in France since 2023. Previously, he assumed increasing responsibilities within the Project Engineering, R&D and Quality teams at both Stellantis and Groupe PSA.

Jacquet holds a Bachelor of Engineering from École Polytechnique de Paris and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles. He also earned an Executive MBA from INSEAD in 2016.

Purchases: Monica Genovese

Monica Genovese is Head of Procurement and part of the Stellantis Leadership Team.

Previously, he served as global head of Direct Materials Procurement across several product groups, including Chassis & Adaptation and Powertrain.

Monica joined the Fiat Group in 1995, initially in the Production area, before moving to Purchasing in 1999, with roles of increasing responsibility.

In 2006, she moved to the Parts & Services division and in 2008 she was appointed Director of Parts Supply Chain Operations, with responsibility for operations in Europe, South America and Asia. In 2011, she became responsible for Parts Supply Chain Operations and Purchasing for Fiat’s EMEA region.

In 2015, she was appointed Head of Purchasing for FCA’s EMEA region, a role she held until its merger with Groupe PSA in 2021.

Monica Genovese graduated in electronic engineering from the Polytechnic of Turin.

Supply Chain: Scott Thiele

Scott Thiele is responsible for Supply Chain and is part of the Stellantis Leadership Team.

Prior to June 2025, he served as Senior Vice President of Commercial Performance, Cost and Supply Chain for North America.

Thiele began his career at Whirlpool Corporation, where he held various roles in purchasing and engineering, eventually becoming global procurement leader, responsible for developing global category strategies.

He joined Chrysler Group in 2007 as a purchasing manager for raw materials and stamping, subsequently holding a series of leadership roles in the Finance and Purchasing organizations. In 2012, he led the development of a global strategy for financial platforms, with the goal of improving corporate standardization. Previously, in July 2014, he assumed global responsibility for capital expenditure for vehicles and powertrains.

From 2016 to 2018, he was Chief Purchasing Officer of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles. From 2019 to 2020, he led the integration of the North America Purchasing and Supply Chain organization. From 2020 to 2022, he led the North America Portfolio Planning Organization. From 2022 to 2024, he initiated and led the creation of the Strategic Technology Partnerships structure within the Engineering and Technology organization.

Scott Thiele holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame. He also holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Master of Business Management from Ashland University.

Production: Arnaud Deboeuf

Arnaud Deboeuf is Head of Manufacturing and part of the Stellantis Leadership Team.

He has gained solid experience in upstream development: process engineering, manufacturing, program development and purchasing.

He began his career at Renault in 1993 as a process engineer for powertrains, before moving into production-related roles. In 2002, he joined the purchasing department, taking on responsibilities at Renault Samsung Motors in South Korea. Back in France, he contributed to the development of the Dacia Duster and then the entire Global Access range, serving as program director for seven years.

In 2015, he was appointed Senior Vice President of the Office of the CEO of the Renault-Nissan Alliance.

He joined Groupe PSA in 2019 as Senior Vice President for Industrial Strategy.

In 2020, he was appointed Executive Vice President, Production and Supply Chain, Groupe PSA. In addition, he assumed global responsibility for the light commercial vehicles business unit.

Arnaud Deboeuf graduated from the École Polytechnique and the École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées in Paris.

HR and Sustainability: Xavier Chéreau

Xavier Chéreau is responsible for Human Resources, Sustainability and IT. He is part of the Stellantis Leadership Team.

He has built his career mainly in the field of human resources, alternating roles in the headquarters and operational activities in different sites and divisions, including Research & Development, production and support functions. He also managed the activity dedicated to prototypes for three years.

He joined Groupe PSA in 1994 and served as Employment & Mobility Manager for Europe. He then served as Head of Social Relations at the Poissy plant in France, and later as Head of Social Innovation and the Group's Management Institute.

In 2006, he was appointed Vice President and Director of Human Resources and Social Relations for the Trémery plants and the powertrain sector. In 2009, he became Senior Vice President for Human Resources for the Industrial and R&D Division. Since 2010, he has also assumed operational responsibility for engineering testing resources in the R&D department. From 2014 to 2015, he has served as Director of Human Resources Development, Talent and Top Management.

In 2015, he was appointed Executive Vice President of Group Human Resources and a member of the Global Executive Committee. In 2018, he assumed the role of Director of Human Resources and Transformation, a division that also includes the Digital, IT and Real Estate areas, to which in 2020 he added the responsibilities for Compliance and Audit.

Xavier Chéreau holds a degree in Economic Management and a Master's degree in Human Resources (Labor Management and Corporate Social Development) from the Institut Sciences Politiques de Paris, France.

Corporate Affairs & Communication: Clara Ingen-Housz

Clara Ingen-Housz is responsible for Corporate Affairs and Communications and is part of the Stellantis Leadership Team.

Prior to joining Stellantis in 2024, he served as Chief Ethics, Compliance & Privacy Officer and Group Legal Counsel for competition law, anti-corruption and economic sanctions at Saint-Gobain, a position he assumed in 2019.

Since 2010, he has lived in Hong Kong, where he led the Asia Pacific competition practice at Linklaters as a partner. Previously, he practiced law in New York for ten years at Sullivan & Cromwell and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, specializing in antitrust law and international arbitration. He also served for two years in the European Commission's Legal Service (Competition team) in Brussels.

A French and Dutch national, Clara holds a law degree from the Université Paris II – Panthéon Assas and a degree from Harvard Law School in the United States. She also holds a degree in economics from Sciences Po in Paris. She is admitted to practice law in New York, Paris and Hong Kong.

Design: Ralph Gilles (reports to CEO)

Ralph Gilles is responsible for Design and reports directly to the CEO.

Having joined the company in 1992 as a designer, Gilles has put his solid academic training in industrial design and business administration to good use, holding numerous important positions within the Group over time, including:

  • 2021: Chief Design Officer, Stellantis
  • 2015: Chief Design Officer and Head of Design – North America, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles NV
  • 2011: President and CEO of the SRT brand, Head of Product Design and Motorsports, FCA US LLC

Over the course of his career, Gilles has become one of the Group's most influential figures in automotive design, making a decisive contribution to the style and visual identity of several iconic brands.

Marketing: Olivier François (reports to the CEO)

Olivier François is responsible for Marketing and reports directly to the CEO. He is also CEO of the Fiat and Abarth brands.

He also previously served as CEO of DS Automobiles.

He has a solid background in business operations, sales and marketing, with skills ranging from brand development to positioning strategy definition.

Before joining Fiat in 2005, François held positions of increasing responsibility within Citroën.

In September 2005 he was appointed head of the Lancia brand, taking on operational leadership of the brand.

To strengthen the effectiveness of FCA brand communication and further promote internal synergies, from January 2009 to March 2013 he held the position of Head of Brand Marketing Communication, coordinating communication activities for all the group's brands.

In October 2009, he was named President and CEO of the Chrysler brand, Chrysler Group LLC, after leading the Lancia brand as President and CEO for Fiat Group Automobiles. During that time, he also served as Chief Marketing Officer of Chrysler Group, responsible for defining marketing strategies, brand development and advertising campaigns for both Chrysler Group and Fiat Group Automobiles.

In September 2011 he was appointed Head of the Fiat Brand and Chief Marketing Officer, joining the FCA Group Executive Council.

Olivier François holds a degree in economics, finance and marketing from the Université Paris Dauphine and a diploma from the Institut d'Études Politiques (Sciences Po) in Paris.

Parts & Services + Circular Economy: Alison Jones (reporting to CEO)

Alison Jones is responsible for Parts & Services and Circular Economy, reporting directly to the CEO.

She was promoted to Chief Parts and Services Officer in February 2025, after leading the Circular Economy Business Unit since 2022. From 2021 to 2023, she also served as President of the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT) in the United Kingdom.

She was previously Group Managing Director of Stellantis UK.

Jones has served as Group Managing Director UK and Senior Vice President of Groupe PSA since February 2019, and has held a number of senior leadership roles throughout his 30-year career in the automotive industry, including Managing Director of Volkswagen UK, Sales Director of Audi and Director of Aftersales and Customer Quality for the Volkswagen Group, across both strategic and operational areas.

Alison Jones is Vice President of the Institute of Customer Service, a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a certified Chartered Manager with the Chartered Management Institute.

General Counsel: Giorgio Fossati (reports to the CEO)

Giorgio Fossati is General Counsel and reports directly to the CEO.

He boasts a solid education and long experience in the role of General Counsel and Secretary of the Board of Directors.

During his career he has held positions of increasing responsibility within the legal departments of Fiat SpA and Iveco SpA

Since 2011, he has served as General Counsel for Fiat Chrysler Automobiles NV (FCA), also assuming the role of General Counsel for FCA's Europe, Middle East and Africa region. Previously, he was General Counsel for Fiat Group Automobiles SpA

He currently serves on the Boards of Directors of FCA Partecipazioni SpA, Fiat Chrysler Risk Management SpA, FCA Poland SA and FCA Group Marketing SpA
