New Fiat Pulse and Fastback: versions and prices of two very different family models

Fiat unveiled updates to the Pulse and Fastback models, two compact models characterized by their value for money.
Imported from Brazil, they arrive with aesthetic updates, improved equipment, and improved technology.
The Pulse stands out as one of the most affordable crossovers on the market; it's one of the models that saw the least price increases in September (only 0.5%) and is among the 10 cheapest in its class. The range starts at $32,833,000.
Fastback, on the other hand, is a coupe-style SUV that, in addition to offering a sporty look, has a large interior space and trunk capacity.
At first glance, the redesigned front end incorporates a new grille with vertical bars, a bumper that includes two side inserts with different finishes depending on the version, and functional air intakes. The fender flares have also been redesigned with aerodynamic side moldings, as have the 16" alloy wheels on the Audace version.

The model added a panoramic roof (Impetus version) and fog lights. Inside, the Drive 1.3 features a darkened interior, like the Audace, which also incorporated new fabric. The Impetus, meanwhile, was updated with leather-wrapped door panels.
The cabin also features a wireless charger, a fully digital instrument panel, and a 10.1-inch multimedia system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
In terms of safety, it continues to offer the ADAS package, which includes automatic emergency braking, lane-keeping assist, and automatic switching between high and low beams.

The mechanics haven't changed. The 1.3-liter gasoline engine with 99 hp, paired with a five-speed manual transmission or a CVT automatic transmission, and the 1.0-liter turbo engine with 120 hp and a CVT transmission remain.
The sporty Pulse Abarth version, equipped with the Turbo 270 engine (1.3 175 hp) and 6-speed automatic transmission, also had a redesign at the front, highlighting the "Abarth" inscription in the center of the new grille and the relocation of the scorpion at one end.
Inside, the sport seats have been redesigned and a sliding sunroof with electric curtain has also been added.
- Pulse Drive 1.3 MT5: $32,833,000
- Pulse Drive 1.3 CVT: $34,198,000
- Pulse Audace 1.0T CVT: $36,954,000
- Pulse Impetus 1.0T CVT: $38,229,000

For greater comfort and safety, it added a panoramic sunroof and blind spot alert.

The equipment includes a package of assistance systems (automatic emergency braking, lane keeping assist, and automatic headlights), front and side airbags, an induction charger, a fully digital dashboard, and a 10.1-inch multimedia system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
