Mike Brewer gives biggest hint yet on when new Wheeler Dealers series will air

Wheeler Dealers star Mike Brewer has admitted the latest series of the classic car restoration series could be just months away. Mike gave the biggest hint yet on when Wheeler Dealers series 19 will air, revealing that it’s set to hit the screen at the end of the summer.
His comments suggest that the show could air around August, the same time series 16 and series 17 aired back in 2020 and 2021. The popular classic car show, which focuses on buying, restoring and selling historic vehicles for a profit, hasn’t aired a UK series since 2023. Mike has previously confirmed Discovery had green-lit a new series and has recently teased that filming has already begun.
Earlier this week, Mike was asked on social media site X: "@mikebrewer When is the next season of @wheelerdealers coming back? Need it badly."
The TV host quickly replied: "Making it now should be ready late summer."
X users quickly praised the news with fans clearly excited over the prospect of a new series.
@peterthepotter said: "Great news Mike."
@ScottMcWhi2545 replied: "Good to know Mike."
Mike first revealed he was planning a new UK series of Wheeler Dealers over the winter as he took part in a feature-length interview with The Road to Success podcast.
He admitted that a UK series was in the works as it was "cheaper and easier" to film than going abroad.
Mike explained: "We will, of course, do a UK show because this is our territory; it’s cheaper and easiest for us to film here."
However, the Wheeler Dealers TV star admitted that production crews were also working on an international series.
It comes after the success of Wheeler Dealers' World Tour which hit screens last year and took the team across Europe and the United States.
A new World Tour show could see episodes filmed in the Czech Republic, Sweden and Germany while Mike also plans to visit Latin America.
He has previously admitted: "Put it this way, we’re coming down to Latin America, we’re going all across Europe, and we’re touching the edge of Europe as well. I can’t wait, that's going to be good.”
