Armstrong Rules Glen Niebel Classic
ANDERSON, Ind. — Dakoda Armstrong won Thursday night’s 25th running of the Glen Niebel Classic non-winged sprint car race at Anderson Speedway.
The race that was previously rained out and rain delayed on Thursday was the opening round of the 500 Sprint Car Tour.
Armstrong won the 100-lap event on the legendary quarter-mile race track by 4.779 seconds over Jackson Macenko.
Teenager Colton Bettis came home third, with Tyler Roahrig and Kyle O’Gara completed the top five.
Dameron Taylor topped the Dick Jordan Classic for the USSA Kenyon Midgets.
