Another Pole For Connor Zilisch

MADISON, Ill. — Connor Zilisch won the pole for Saturday night’s Nu Way 200 NASCAR Xfinity Series race at World Wide Technology Raceway.

Zilisch drove his JR Motorsports Chevrolet to a lap of 32.395 seconds at 136.633 mph to claim his seventh pole of the season.

The series point leader will share the front row with Nick Sanchez, who qualified second in a Chevrolet.

Williams Sawalich starts third in a Joe Gibbs Racing Toyota, while Sam Mayer took the fourth spot in a Haas Factory Ford.

Sawalich’s JGR teammate Taylor Gray will start fifth.

The second five was made up by Harrison Burton, Aric Almirola, Carson Kvapil, Austin Hill and Christian Eckes.
