Huge recall... Stellantis vehicles affected

The U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration said in a statement that it has opened a recall covering about 1.2 million Stellantis Ram trucks because of transmission concerns. The auto safety regulator said the affected vehicles exhibited problems with the brake-transmission shift lock, which could cause the vehicles to skid. NHTSA said it received 14 owner complaints and six reports of deaths and injuries through its Early Warning Reporting program.
