Stellantis sales increased globally and in Europe. Learn how

Stellantis' sales increased globally by 13 percent between June and September this year, compared to the same period in 2024. The figures were announced in recent days.
The conglomerate, which has more than a dozen brands, registered significant growth in North America (35 percent) , with 403 thousand units sold - 104 thousand more.
The start of deliveries of the Ram 1500 with the V8 HEMI engine , as well as " the normalized inventory dynamics , compared to the inventory reduction initiative in the previous year", are Stellantis' justifications for this performance.
In Greater Europe, there was an eight percent increase to 534,000 vehicles sold (up 38,000). This growth, according to Stellantis, was primarily due to "the start of production of four recently launched B-segment 'Smart Car' platform models ."
These models are two Citroëns (C3 and C3 Aircross), the Fiat Grande Panda, and the Opel Frontera. In contrast, there were fewer shipments of light commercial vehicles and in some high-volume countries.
In the Middle East and Africa, growth was 21 percent (highlighting the sales increase in Algeria) , while in China, India, and Asia-Pacific, it was seven percent . In South America, Stellantis fell three percent , which it says reflects "an unusually high comparison base in the third quarter of 2024, when Stellantis recovered shipments to Brazil that were delayed by the second quarter of 2024 floods in Rio Grande do Sul."
Globally, Stellantis sold 1,300,000 units across its various brands from June to September 2025, an increase of 152,000 units compared to the same period last year - that is, 13 percent.
