Technology that is ahead of trends. XPENG debuts on the Polish market

What will the European automotive market look like in the next ten years?
The European automotive market will undergo a significant transformation in the coming decade, both in terms of technology and consumer behavior. More and more drivers – especially from younger generations – treat their cars as an extension of their lifestyle. They expect integration with the digital ecosystem, intuitive interfaces, access to entertainment and comfort for all passengers, not just the driver. Today, motoring is becoming a user space where technologies known from phones, mobile devices and streaming platforms intertwine. The key is no longer whether the vehicle has a combustion or electric drive, but how the user uses the car as a digital environment.
The development of such functionalities is also visible in projects that XPENG is conducting in parallel – including in the area of flying vehicles. The prospect of air travel and avoiding traffic jams is no longer a science fiction vision, but a real direction of research and testing.
At the last automotive conference in China, the scale of electric car use was impressive. Despite heavy traffic, city centers were quiet – the result of the transition to electric drive. What we see in Asia will soon become commonplace in Europe.
Are European consumers ready for cars functioning as digital service platforms?
The interest in new solutions is growing very dynamically. Today's customers expect much more from a car than just a means of transport - they are looking for a complete, integrated experience. XPENG responds to these needs by offering vehicles that combine advanced technology, digital solutions and thoughtful design. Each model meets the highest European quality standards - both in terms of workmanship and functionality.
However, it is important to remember that the product – in this case, the car – is only one part of the whole puzzle. The distributor, thanks to whom customers can purchase XPENG cars, plays an equally important role. As Inchcape, we have 20 years of experience in Poland and manage a network of premium brand showrooms. We know the local market and can translate our competences into the effective introduction of a new brand. Customers expect quality, reliability and professional service – and that is exactly what we deliver.
Does XPENG have to explain how its technology works more than other brands?
Customers are not skeptical about new things – they are curious. The XPENG brand offers a range of advanced features that are not found in many competitors, including the most well-known manufacturers of electric cars. We want every customer to be able to test and compare our solutions with what they already know before buying. For this reason, we organize test drives, presentations and industry events where XPENG technology is available in practice.
XPENG comes from the high-tech sector – 40% of the team are engineers. This means working daily on innovations that have a real impact on the user's comfort and safety. In our cars, technology is not an add-on – it is an integral element of each project. It works reliably and translates into the quality of everyday driving.
What are the prospects for the development of electromobility in Poland?
The Polish electromobility market is developing dynamically. Year by year, the number of registered electric vehicles is growing by over 40%. Green license plates are already a common sight on Polish roads.
One of the arguments often raised is the issue of charging infrastructure. It is worth remembering, however, that most charging takes place at home. The growing number of users installing photovoltaics additionally supports this model of use. Thanks to this, electromobility is becoming not only more ecological, but also economically profitable.
Poland is a large market – both in terms of size and the pace of development of environmental awareness. It is an ideal environment for the development of new, sustainable transport models.
How does XPENG build trust and recognition on the European market?
We build brand recognition in a multi-channel manner. In Warsaw, we have our XPENG showroom at ul. Prymasa Tysiąclecia 64. This is a classic point of contact with the customer, where you can not only see cars, but also test them. At the same time, we focus on being present at industry events, fairs, conferences and test drives throughout Poland.
Our goal is to enable the widest possible group of customers to have a personal experience with the XPENG brand – because it is the contact with the product that convinces best. Innovation is visible not only in systems and software, but also in the details of finishing, interior ergonomics and intuitive operation.
What role can Poland play in the European XPENG strategy?
Poland is of strategic importance for XPENG's plans in Europe. We are one of the largest markets in the region, and the pace of adoption of electromobility solutions is growing year by year. Compared to markets such as Norway or the Netherlands, Poland is still at an earlier stage of development, which gives us a chance to build a strong position in the growth phase.
XPENG's cooperation with Inchcape is based on a strong foundation - we combine local experience with global innovation. Thanks to this, we can effectively introduce the brand to the market, offering customers not only a product, but also a full service and partnership support.
How does XPENG plan to maintain its image as an innovative and inspiring brand?
XPENG's image is influenced by its consistency in investing in innovation. The company employs over 40% of its employees in engineering departments, which is evidence of its strategic approach to technology. Investments in flying vehicles are an example of how XPENG goes beyond current trends, creating solutions that can change the future of mobility.
Equally important is partnership with companies that share this vision. Inchcape is an organization that is not afraid to implement innovative customer service models, digital tools and solutions that increase the efficiency of contact with the brand. Thanks to this, we can build long-term value for customers together.
What new technologies can we expect from XPENG in the coming years?
In the coming months, XPENG will present several new models that will complement our European offer. In addition, the development of the flying vehicle segment will continue - we are convinced that in the next few years they can really change the way we move around cities. A new era is coming - mobility will no longer be limited to moving on the ground.
