Stellantis Philanthropy, a community program focused on education

Stellantis launched the "Stellantis Philanthropy" program this Tuesday. For the first time, it brings together the company's initiatives dedicated to the communities where it operates, with the goal of promoting educational and career guidance programs focused on reducing school dropout rates, among others. The program begins in Italy and is expected to expand internationally, encompassing all regions where Stellantis operates.
In Europe, it is implemented in collaboration with 40 non-profit organizations and partner projects, focusing on continuing education, vocational training, digital, environmental, and scientific training in nine countries. In Italy, the program is implemented alongside 12 non-profit organizations and aims to reach more than 17,000 children over the next three years.
The Italian project is structured around three pillars: promoting discovery and participation pathways in STEM disciplines, offering personalized mentoring and individualized support to the most vulnerable students, and introducing the EduCoach program, designed to support 60 teachers in strengthening their teaching practices and responding to the changing needs of their students.
The launch event took place at the Stellantis Heritage Hub in Turin, where the company presented the "Future Days" project, the first implementation of the program, developed in collaboration with Next Level, a non-profit organization that promotes the right to education through innovative and interdisciplinary teaching methods for primary and secondary schools.
The project aligns "naturally" with Stellantis' values, the company explained, and has committed to supporting the initiative with a three-year support plan.
"Stellantis Philanthropy is a reflection of who we are and what we believe in. By bringing our initiatives together, we reaffirm our deep commitment to valuing people and supporting education and social progress in all regions. It's about acting with purpose, staying humble, and truly making a difference—together," said Stellantis Chief People Officer Xavier Chereau.
