F1 team expresses interest in Checo Pérez again

It seems that the return of Mexican Sergio "Checo" Pérez to Formula 1 (F1) is getting closer and one of the teams that is most interested in him is Cadillac, at least that's how Mario Andretti, director of the new team, sees it , who has expressed again his intention to have him in his ranks.
For several months now, Cadillac has expressed its interest in the Guadalajara driver, although teams such as Alpine and Mercedes have also appeared on the radar. For the team led by Andretti, other options for the first midfielder are Valtteri Bottas and Guanyu Zhou.

"I can't give many details about how the negotiations are going at the moment, We prefer to reserve that decision until we feel we have explored all available options, I think it is the most prudent thing to do," he added.
Finally, Andretti confessed that Pérez isn't the only F1 driver they have in mind, although it helps that he doesn't have a current contract.
"The choice is somewhat limited; let's face it, many of the top talents are already under contract. Fortunately, there are still a few left, three or four, although I would say maybe three that definitely deserve consideration, and all of this is being considered very seriously," he concluded.
