Skoda presents the Vision O concept, the new electric station wagon and the Epiq crossover.

MONACO – At the IAA Mobility 2025 in Munich, Škoda presented two new electric vehicles that underscore its ambition to strengthen its position in the sustainable mobility market. The star of the show at the Czech manufacturer's stand, owned by Volkswagen, was the Vision O: an innovative concept that previews the brand's future generation of station wagons, characterized by the new Modern Solid design language.

Refined and minimalist in shape, Vision O measures 4.85 metres in length and was designed with an “inside-out” development, prioritising functionality, comfort and sustainability.

Among the most innovative styling features are the Tech-loop illuminated grille and Cyber Lights headlights with animated indicators, while the body features active aerodynamics and retractable handles to increase efficiency. The cabin offers a 650-liter cargo capacity, and the onboard lounge boasts technological features such as bio-adaptive lighting, which follows the natural rhythms of light, creating an exclusive on-board atmosphere. The dashboard's Horizon Display, measuring over 1.2 meters, is fully customizable and paired with the infotainment system's AI digital assistant "Laura," which provides interactive suggestions to the driver and passengers and also manages advanced autonomous driving functions.

Finally, Vision O uses circular and sustainable materials in its construction, such as 100% recycled polyester seats, 65% plant-based Ultrasuede NU upholstery and recycled Nabore leather, in line with the brand's strategy to minimize the environmental impact of its models throughout their life cycle.

Alongside the Vision O concept, the Epiq concept debuted at the men's stand in Mladá Boleslav. This 100% electric compact crossover will be positioned as the most accessible model in Škoda's zero-emission range. Measuring 4.1 meters in length, with a 475-liter trunk and a range of up to 425 km, the future production model will be practical and versatile in urban environments.

The modern and functional interior features 'Simply Clever' solutions and quick-to-use digital interfaces. Production will take place at the Volkswagen plant in Navarra, Spain, sharing the platform and components with the other models in the Volkswagen Group's Electric Urban Car family.

Its road debut is expected in mid-2026, with a competitive price close to that of the combustion-engined Kamiq. "The Epiq show car embodies the essence of Škoda, and with this model we are taking another step towards electrification as a practical and compelling solution for everyday driving," said Škoda CEO Klaus Zellmer.
