ROME - The Chinese giant has just officially announced a new step in its Italian market penetration strategy by becoming FC Internazionale Milano's new global automotive partner. This strategic partnership sees BYD, a global leader in electric mobility and the production of new energy vehicles, replace Volvo, the historic Nerazzurri team's previous automotive partner.
After all, football is the most popular sport in Italy, and a team like Inter is supported by millions of fans with a constant presence on the international stage, in various international competitions.
Television, another of our passions, represents the second key to entering Italian homes, and obviously, BYD couldn't miss out. So, we'll see it participate as the official car of the new edition of "Italia's Got Talent," the highly popular show produced by Fremantle Italia, which will debut in Italy on Friday, September 5th exclusively on Disney+. As part of the partnership, the all-electric Sealion 7 sports SUV will accompany the judges and hosts of the show during the auditions and throughout the show, including the live-streamed finale on October 31st (a first for an entertainment program on Disney+ in Italy). Presenting the new edition of Italia's Got Talent will be judges Alessandro Cattelan (making his talent show debut), Elettra Lamborghini, and beloved veterans Mara Maionchi and Frank Matano. Aurora and Fru of The Jackal will return to host, ready to bring their wit and originality to the stage.
