New Style trim for the Seat Leon FR hybrid, starting at €29,290

The SEAT León adds the Style trim level to its e-HYBRID DSG plug-in hybrid version, offering more options to customers of a model that, thanks to its constant updates, remains a worthwhile option for those seeking a versatile family vehicle without resorting to the SUV segment.

The SEAT Leon was the brand's first plug-in hybrid model and is a key pillar of SEAT's strategy. Available in 5-door and Sportstourer estate versions, the SEAT Leon e-HYBRID in Style trim joins the sporty FR trim, offering unparalleled value, to make electrification accessible to more customers.

The new generation of the e-HYBRID plug-in hybrid engine allows for more efficient management of the propulsion system, as well as the implementation of a new, larger battery, with a net capacity of 19.7 kWh, which allows it to achieve up to 134 km of electric autonomy, and supports DC battery charging at up to 50 kW of power, reaching a charge from 10% to 80% of its capacity in just 26 minutes - or in 2 hours 30 minutes using a domestic AC charger, Wallbox type, at 11 kW of power.

The León 1.5 e-HYBRID DSG perfectly combines the great efficiency of this version and the advantages of the Zero Emissions environmental label, with the sportiness of its 204 hp (150 kW) engine and 350 Nm of maximum torque, and with the great dynamic performance provided by its elaborate chassis, which also improves weight distribution in this version, by implementing the high-voltage battery in front of the rear axle.

In its entry-level Style 'XS' version, it offers a complete level of standard equipment, including the 43 cm (17'') 'Dynamic' alloy wheels, newly designed and exclusive to this version; LED lighting, thanks to its headlights and taillights with EcoLED technology; a modern and connected interior, thanks to the 26 cm (10.25'') Digital Cockpit instrument panel - not customizable at this first level - and the 26.42 cm (10.4'') central infotainment screen, with new, improved and redesigned HMI software; as well as a backlit touch bar to control the volume and climate control, among others.

Safety features include Front Assist, Lane Departure Warning, traffic sign recognition, cruise control, a fatigue and distraction detection system, seven airbags, and a tire pressure indicator, among others.

Connectivity features include, in addition to the two screens mentioned above, the Full Link wireless system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, as well as the SEAT Connect system with remote access to various functions. This is very useful in the e-HYBRID for managing battery charging or the climate control remotely.

Finally, in terms of comfort, the entry-level trim includes dual-zone climate control, a Kessy keyless entry system, a leather-trimmed multifunction sports steering wheel with DSG paddle shifters, electrically adjustable and heated rearview mirrors, and front and rear parking sensors.

The Style's subsequent package levels enhance the equipment. The Style 'XM' includes fog lights with cornering function, a 15W wireless charger for mobile devices and a cooled interior mirror, and the Convenience Pack, which includes the Coming & Leaving Home function, a rain sensor, and an anti-glare interior mirror.

Finally, the Style 'XL' trim level includes automatic parking assistance (Park Assist), rear view camera, customizable Digital Cockpit (also 10.25''), three-zone automatic climate control, electronically folding rearview mirrors, tinted windows and a front armrest.

The Spanish compact's new plug-in hybrid technology, with up to 134 km of electric range and 50 kW rapid charging, was previously offered exclusively with the sporty FR trim level and is now also available in the entry-level Style XM, starting at just €170 per month through the attractive SEAT Flex financing option. It's available from €29,290, or for €24,790 with the MOVES Plan, which doesn't scrap a used vehicle.
