More jobs in Irapuato: NHK Spring to build new automotive suspension and core plant

Guanajuato.- Irapuato will receive a new project: NHK Spring will invest $55 million in the construction of a new plant . The company has pledged to create 233 new jobs.

NHK Spring is dedicated to the manufacture of springs for automotive suspension and electric motor cores.

This company already has a plant in Irapuato, which they opened in 2014 and expanded in 2017, Governor Libia Dennise García Muñoz Ledo reported in a statement.

We're on the same team to continue working together. We know that generating growth in investments in Guanajuato requires two very important components: trust and certainty," the Governor said.

In this regard, Muñoz Ledo expressed his gratitude to NHK Spring executives for their trust in Guanajuato during his investment attraction tour in Japan.

The document detailed that the Governor was accompanied by Noritoshi Takamura , Executive Vice President and Director of Quality and Director of Technology, who thanked the People's Government for its willingness to guarantee the conditions for growth.

We were delighted to welcome the Governor and present our project to her. We continue to invest because we believe in the state, and they offer us the certainty and confidence we value so much. NHK will continue to strengthen its presence in Guanajuato," the executive stated.
