Official: Deniz Öncü's new address in Moto2 has been announced

As the rider lineups for the 2026 Moto2 World Championship continue to take shape, our representative Deniz Öncü's new team has been officially announced. Elf Marc VDS Racing Team announced the addition of our young rider Deniz Öncü to its 2026 roster. Having won three Moto3 races and garnered impressive Moto2 victories at Aragon and Sachsenring in the 2025 season, Öncü sits in eighth place overall with two races remaining.

Marc Van Der Straten, team principal of Elf Marc VDS Racing Team, said: “I’m thrilled that Deniz will be joining us next year. He’s a huge talent and a huge character, making him a perfect addition to our team. He’s already shown this year that he can win a race and has the drive and passion to compete at the front.
