Porsche Cayenne Electric interior details revealed

Porsche Cayenne Electric interior details revealed

New details have emerged about the Porsche Cayenne Electric , revealing the interior of this all-electric German SUV. The model could have up to 1,000 hp and a range of around 600 km , equipped with a 108 kWh battery that can be recharged from 10 to 80 percent in 15 minutes.

The 'Flow Display' stands out on board , featuring a curved OLED screen integrated into the center console alongside traditional screens. This creates the "largest continuous digital display" ever featured on a Stuttgart-based manufacturer's model. The fully digital instrument panel display is a 14.9-inch OLED.

An optional 14.9-inch passenger screen is available, allowing you to control infotainment and video streaming. Another new option is the head-up display with augmented reality, which projects navigation and lane guidance instructions into the driver's field of vision.

This electric Cayenne will feature an extensive range of customization options, including 13 color combinations, four interior packages, and five detail packages. New materials debut, in addition to classic leather, including Race-Tex, with Pepita-printed textile.

In terms of colors, there are the new Magnesium Gray and Sage Gray, as well as Lavender, among the options. Decorative finishes in various materials and colors, as well as contrasting stitching, complete the interior customization possibilities.

As part of the Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur, customers will be able to create unique creations through the Sonderwunsch program.

According to Porsche, the new Cayenne Electric features more space and an improved ambiance. New Mood Modes affect lighting, climate, sound, and seat functions, creating different onboard environments—from relaxation to enjoying the car's full performance.

The panoramic sliding roof with Variable Light Control adds to the feeling of space, making it the largest ever in the Porsche range. It's not traditionally opened: the front section opens in a classic way, and the rear section can be switched between Clear and Matte modes. There are two additional semi-transparent modes: Semi (40 percent opacity) and Bold (60 percent opacity).

The rear seats are electrically adjustable, making it easy to adjust for a more comfortable configuration or one that best suits cargo transportation. Heated surfaces include the seats, armrests, and part of the door panels.

AI Voice Assistant

Artificial Intelligence is present in the new Porsche Cayenne Electric, underpinning the voice assistant. Voice Pilot lets you control Mood Modes, climate control, and even seat heating with voice commands.

It can also recognize points of interest, addresses and traffic information and can play streaming services and radio stations if the driver requests it.

Another feature is the Porsche Digital Key, which allows you to use devices like smartphones and smartwatches as your car key.

Markus Auerbach, head of interior design at Style Porsche, said in a statement: "Our goal was to combine the core characteristics of the Cayenne and newly developed display surfaces with the capabilities of the new Porsche Digital Interaction into a harmonious overall package. It is innovative, visionary and meticulously thought out down to the smallest detail."
