Peugeot launches Dual Motor versions of its electric SUVs, with more power and all-wheel drive.

Peugeot continues to accelerate its electric strategy with two of its most iconic models: the Peugeot 3008 (5 seats) and the Peugeot 5008 (up to 7 seats). Both vehicles boast a refreshed aesthetic, with the modern fastback design of the 3008 and the family-friendly design of the 5008.
They are also based on Stellantis' new STLA Medium platform, which promises more connected and efficient mobility. Inside, they share the Lion brand's familiar i Cockpit, although it is now panoramic and features a 21-inch curved screen, surrounded by cutting-edge technology and refined ergonomics, as have the materials used to build the cabin.

Both offer a full range of engines : from the Hybrid variants, with 145 HP and the DGT's Eco environmental label, to the 194 HP Plug-in Hybrids, up to 87 kilometers (82 for the 5008) in electric mode and Zero label.
The 100% electric variants offer 213 or 230 hp and have approved ranges of over 700 kilometers in the E-3008 and 668 kilometers in the E-5008.

Now, Peugeot isn't content with the past, and is now launching dual-motor, all-wheel-drive variants. In its commitment to performance and versatility, the new E 3008 and E 5008 325 Dual Motor, equipped with an additional 112 hp engine on the rear axle in combination with the 213 hp engine at the front, offer a total power of 325 hp and 509 Nm of torque, always with AWD all-wheel drive.
Thanks to this new addition to the rear, the acceleration figures are impressive: the E 3008 reaches 0-100 km/h in just 6 seconds, while the E 5008 achieves the same speed in 6.5 seconds.
The Peugeot E 3008 accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 6 seconds, while the E 5008 does it in 6.5 seconds.
Regarding its battery, it is lithium-NMC and has a useful capacity of 73 kWh, equivalent to a range of approximately 490 kilometers for the E 3008 and 467 for the E 5008, according to WLTP. Furthermore, these variants can be recharged from 20 to 80% in about 30 minutes using ultra-fast chargers, which speeds up the process even after a rest stop or a coffee break.

As for the rest of the setup, Peugeot has paid special attention to the chassis: stabilizer bars, springs, shock absorbers, and steering are tuned for an agile and sporty driving experience . Added to this is the all-wheel drive and its four driving modes: Normal, 4WD (50:50 split), Sport, and Eco, which adapt to all driving styles.
Thanks to this variety, the new Peugeot E-3008 and E-5008 Dual Motor offer a choice based on each customer's lifestyle, even between weekday and weekend use. From urban and efficient to off-road, family, or sporty.

The E 3008 maintains its fastback profile, with a trunk capacity ranging from 544 to 1,619 liters and a pleasant, enveloping driving experience thanks to its redesigned i Cockpit and Alcantara trim on the higher-end versions.
The E 5008, which is even more family-oriented, offers up to 2,178 liters of capacity (2-seat configuration), 862 liters with 5 seats in use, or 294 liters if we want to use its 7 seats.
