A single ticket for travel throughout the state: changes to commuter rail fares starting in July

The Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility has published the new public transport fares starting in July, when the current discounts expire. Starting July 1, the single ticket for travel with Rodalies will go into effect: the same ticket will be valid for travel throughout the country, and public transport will be free for children under 15.
Children under 15 years of age will be required to receive a nominative six-month subscription, which will be free of charge.

The changes to Cercanías fares will take effect on July 1.
ACNAs for the single ticket, the flat rate for travel with Rodalies will also vary in price depending on age. It will be free for those under 15, cost €10 for those between 16 and 26, and €20 for those over 26. This single ticket will be valid for travel in all zones and will be valid for one month from the date of use.

Among the other new fares for the second half of 2025, the medium-distance train will go from being free to a 40% discount for those over 26. However, the current 50% discount on Avant trains will remain.
