Are you one of those who refuel at low-cost gas stations? Do you notice any difference compared to a regular station? The truth is, although there's no difference at its thickest point, the vehicle can notice it over the long term.

A mechanic has decided to put an end to this ongoing battle and explain the main difference between regular and low-cost gasoline, thus warning his followers.

"Low-cost gasoline is the same, the same base, what changes are the additives. These additives clean injectors, extend engine life, improve combustion, and greatly help improve fuel consumption," explains the mechanic.

"You won't notice it in a day, but in the long run, I know it will be very noticeable. It will be noticeable in dirt, fuel consumption, wear and tear..." the expert enumerates.

"I know these are tough times," he notes, regarding the economy. "The best thing is to add additives to help clean the engine when you fill up from time to time," the mechanic concludes.
