This is the hypothesis of the Public Prosecutor's Office of Cassino who coordinated the investigations against five people suspected in various capacities of fraud against the State, fraudulent transfer of values, self-laundering. Three are of the province of Frosinone: two from Pontecorvo and one from Roccasecca, then there is a suspect from Benevento and one from province of Rome The investigations started in 2021 and were carried out by the Carabinieri of the Pontecorvo company and from the Tax Police unit of the Guardia di Finanza of Frosinone.
