Marc Marquez wins his 11th sprint race of the season

Marc Marquez won another sprint race on Saturday in Brno.
Marc Marquez now has 11 out of 12 sprint races. The Spaniard finished ahead of the KTMs of Pedro Acosta and Enea Bastianini on Saturday in the Czech Republic.
Current world championship leader Marquez continues to crush the competition in his quest for a seventh MotoGP world title.
But the Spaniard, like his Ducati teammate Francesco Bagnaia, experienced tire pressure problems. Both riders had to slow down mid-race and let competitors pass to increase the pressure, which was in danger of falling below the minimum.
Marc Marquez regained his position on the penultimate lap, while Italian Bagnaia finished only 7th, despite starting from pole position.
"I saw that the pressure wasn't good when I was attacking, so I decided to wait, positioning myself just behind Acosta, to raise the temperature and make sure the pressure was in line with the rules. I started pushing again in the final laps," confirmed Marc Marquez after the finish.
He thus increases his lead in the championship to 95 points over his closest pursuer, his younger brother Alex (Ducati-Gresini), and 156 points over third-placed Francesco Bagnaia.
He will have the opportunity to further extend his lead in the Grand Prix on Sunday, which will start at 3:00 p.m.
