Marc Marquez wins another sprint, this time in Aragon


Marc Marquez is jubilant on the podium, Saturday in Aragon.
Spaniard Marc Marquez (Ducati) won the sprint race of the Aragon GP, the eighth round of 22 in the MotoGP season, on Saturday at the Motorland Aragon circuit (5.077 km) in Alcaniz.
Starting from pole position, the six-time MotoGP world champion lost the lead at the first corner but did not let his younger brother Alex Marquez (Ducati-Gresini) escape and finally took back the lead at the halfway point of the race and never relinquished it.
Rookie Fermin Aldeguer (Ducati-Gresini) completes a 100% Spanish and 100% Ducati podium.
Italian Franco Morbidelli (Ducati-VR46) completed the Italian manufacturer's domination by taking fourth place, ahead of Spaniard Pedro Acosta (KTM) and his compatriot Fabio Di Giannantonio (Ducati-VR46).
Marc Marquez, who has dominated since the start of the weekend, recorded his seventh victory in eight sprints this season and will be aiming for a double on Sunday at the Aragon track.
