Large cities often become a motorized jungle. Avenues teeming with lanes litter the landscape with cars, motorcycles, and other motorized vehicles. Sometimes it's a chaotic sight.
However, if everyone drives where they should, there shouldn't be too many problems with safe traffic. But as always, not everyone follows the same road safety rules.
That's what happened on a street in the heart of Madrid. The Instagram account @dashcams.esp shared a video showing a white SUV performing a highly questionable maneuver .
The white car was coming downhill. Suddenly, it brakes and begins to swerve the other way, intending to change direction. Despite other cars passing, it persists and succeeds.
The surprise came when, at the end of the maneuver, a National Police vehicle suddenly appeared. Many in the comments protested their inaction. But others clarified that they have no jurisdiction over traffic regulation.
