One of the season's big new releases in the mid-range trail bike segment, the Moto Morini X-Cape 700 , is expanding its range with the launch of this Gold Edition. Based on the X-Cape with spoked wheels (also available with alloy wheels), the new features of this latest release focus on comfort and aesthetics , with a focus on improved equipment to better address adventures and with refined style.

The Moto Morini X-CAPE 700 Gold Edition features striking spoked wheels with a gold finish . They are fitted with Pirelli Scorpion Rally STR tubeless tires, confirming their increased off-road capability.

Comfort has been increased with heated grips and a heated seat , ideal for winter riding. It also features a new traction control system for improved safety, both on and off road.

Its engine is a 693 cc, 8-valve, DOHC parallel twin-cylinder engine fueled by Bosch injection. This engine delivers a maximum output of 70 hp at 8,500 rpm and a torque of 68 Nm at 6,500 rpm. The six-speed gearbox features a torque-limiting clutch that prevents the rear wheel from locking up during the most abrupt downshifts.

In terms of suspension, it features fully adjustable inverted forks with 50 mm diameter bars and 175 mm of travel supplied by Marzocchi, allowing adjustments to spring preload, compression, and rebound damping. These are paired with 298 mm discs clamped by Brembo twin-piston floating calipers. The rear end features a double-sided aluminum swingarm paired with a KYB monoshock, with spring preload adjustment via a more convenient knob-type remote control and hydraulic rebound damping. These are paired with a 255 mm diameter disc with a twin-piston caliper supplied by Brembo.

The seat height is 845 mm. An optional seat is available that lowers it to 820 mm. The fuel tank has a capacity of 18 liters. The dry weight is 213 kg.

Its standard equipment includes LED lights, a 7-inch TFT display, a tire pressure sensor, an integrated navigation system via app, dual USB and USB-C charging ports, a new adjustment system for the front screen, hand guards, a front camera, and a center stand.

The Moto Morini X-CAPE 700 Gold Edition is now available at the official dealer network in the three colors: Passion Red, Carrara White and Ebony Black at a price of 7,990 euros.
