Lexus strengthens the LBX range with the exclusive Vibrant Edition, available only until 2026.

Lexus strengthens the LBX range with the exclusive Vibrant Edition, available only until 2026.

Since its arrival on the market in 2023, the Lexus LBX has more than fulfilled its mission of opening a new door within the brand: bringing luxury to a wider audience through a compact SUV with a fresh and casual approach, which Lexus calls 'premium casual'. A concept that has not only attracted thousands of new customers but has consolidated the model as a key part of the company's strategy in Europe. Now, this proposal is enriched with the presentation of the new special Vibrant Edition , which reinforces its dynamic image with exclusive details.

Andre Schmidt, President of Lexus Europe, summed it up this way: “The LBX has quickly established itself as a core model for us in Europe. It’s already our second best-selling vehicle, with more than 23,000 units sold by 2024. With the Vibrant Edition, we’re expanding the offering and adding design cues that enhance its sporty character, confident that it will continue to appeal to customers looking for a genuine Lexus, but in a more compact format.”

What does this Vibrant Edition bring?

The new trim level is based on the Emotion version and adds elements that underline its agility and urban character. These include matte black 18-inch alloy wheels, black front and rear spoilers, darkened window frames and door trim, and piano black bumper inserts. The front grille also receives an exclusive gloss black finish, inspired by the radical LBX RR Morizo concept car.

The color scheme offers three options : two two-tone combinations with an Astral Black roof and pillars, along with Ruby Red or Sonic Quartz body styles, as well as a single-color variant in Astral Black. To emphasize its limited-edition character, each model features Vibrant Edition badging on the rear pillars.

Inside

Inside the cabin, the ambiance exudes sportiness and refinement. The seats are upholstered in black semi-aniline leather with Dark Rose bolsters and sections, a shade also reflected in the center armrest, door panels, and seatbelts. Lexus's signature handcrafted touch is reflected in the double-line red Tatami-style stitching on the seatbacks.

Standard equipment includes an eight-way power driver's seat, customizable ambient lighting with 64 shades, a wireless smartphone charger, climate control with nanoe-X technology to improve air quality, and steering wheel paddle shifters.

Mechanically, the LBX Vibrant Edition features the latest generation of Lexus' self-charging hybrid system, with a 1.5-liter three-cylinder engine developing 136 hp . Its compact size, elevated driving position, and a turning radius of just 10.4 meters make it a perfect ally for the city.

Production of the Lexus LBX Vibrant Edition will be limited and will take place between September 2025 and May 2026, reinforcing its exclusivity within the range.
