Google reviews determine which are the best workshops in Spain

What determines a customer's level of satisfaction with their workshop is the treatment they receive from the professionals, beyond price. This is evident from the study "Google and the Experiences of Spaniards in the Workshop," conducted by Ipsos.
In it, the consulting firm analyzed 240,000 Google reviews between 2021 and 2024 for workshops in the Euromaster, Aurgi, Midas, Norauto, and Feu Vert service networks. Customer service was the determining factor, accounting for 36% of the reviews.
Spanish drivers typically give garages a rating of four out of five stars, demonstrating that many take the time to leave positive reviews, much more than negative ones. In total, 14% of reviews were about garage prices.
Customers value the efficiency of repairs and the experience of the mechanics, but they don't feel that sufficient information is provided about the vehicle's condition and delivery times, a concern that generates anxiety.
According to Ipsos, the most frequently mentioned issue in the comments is tire-related work. Rims are in first place, at 23%, followed by wheels (20%) and punctures (13%).
In recent years, there has been an increase in interest in online appointment scheduling and speedy service. Since being without a car is never a pleasant experience, convenience and agility in the process often translate into high ratings for repair shops, making them stand out from the crowd.
In the report, the highest-rated repair centers were Euromaster, with an average rating of 4.7 over the last four years. They were followed by Midas, with an average of 4.2, and then Feu Vert, Norauto, and Aurgi, tied with 3.8 stars.
