Checo Pérez talks about his future in Formula 1

During his participation in the Puebla 2025 Ideas Festival, Sergio "Checo" Pérez opened up about his return to Formula 1, after rumors of his return grew over the months with the increase in the number of teams in the top category.
What's next for "Checo" Pérez?In his talk "From Dream to Track: The Journey of a Mexican Champion in Formula 1," the Guadalajara-born driver didn't hesitate to talk about the situation.
The Mexican, who left Red Bull Racing in 2024 after a difficult season with the team, reiterated his desire to return to the Grand Circus.
"I'm not sure what will happen. I'm aware that I haven't closed my career the way I would like and the way we deserve. If I return, it will be to an important project that motivates us. If I find one, I'll come back." , said.

Keep going, don't change to the easy path, because that doesn't lead to anything good."
Although he didn't specify whether he is in talks with any team after his departure from Red Bull Racing, Pérez revealed that he will make decisions in August that will change the course of his career, emphasizing that there will be news in the coming months and that he would love to return to the track.
