Antonio Filosa announces his management team on his first day as CEO of Stellantis

He's coming with a lot of enthusiasm, and he's more than demonstrated it . Before his appointment took effect, Filosa immediately set to work designing a packed schedule to visit major European production centers, including the Spanish plant in Vigo.
Today is the moment of truth, and once again the most important decisions have not been delayed in any way. To start with, Filosa has already announced the Stellantis Leadership Team SLT with the main appointments such as, among others, Jean Philippe Imperato, once again the European head ; Doug Ostermann, head of Mergers, Acquisitions and New Projects; Emanuele Capellano, head of Stellantis Pro-One and South America ; Ned Curis, head of Product and Technology Development; Monica Genovese, head of Purchasing; and Xavier Chéreu, head of Human Resources.
Endorsed by his achievements in the United StatesOther executives who will also report to Filosa and join the SLT include Ralph Gilles as Chief Design Officer; Olivier Francois as Chief Marketing Officer; Alison Jones as Head of Parts & Services and Circular Economy ; and Giorgio Fossati as General Counsel. Richard Palmer will continue to serve as a strategic advisor to the company.

In addition to leading the company, which sells in more than 130 countries , Filosa arrives at a delicate moment for the automotive industry, where issues such as electrification, tariffs, and mobility are the major challenges facing the sector.
What is beyond doubt is his experience in markets as diverse as Brazil, Italy and the United States , the latter being where, as global CEO of Jeep, he achieved significant growth and strategic expansion in Europe.
